We took a two week trip at the end of July/beginning of August and went to St. Louis, Wisconsin and Minnesota. We were supposed to go to Alabama to see Troy's family, but those plans changed. So, instead, we stopped in St. Louis for a few days. We had a great time there, went to a children's museum, saw the arch, and just hung around. Then we went to Madison and saw my Aunt Birdie. While we were there, we went to a free zoo. Then onto Wausau, which is where my Grandma lives. We spent about a week there and got to see family. It was so nice. Then, we were off to Minnesota. We stayed 2 nights with my friend Becky, and 2 nights with my cousin Amy. The reason for the trip was for a wedding that Troy was in. His friend Kenny was getting married to Gretchen, so we went up for that. My cousin Amy watched the kids while we went and we had a great time. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures from the wedding or of Amy with the kids, but it was awesome! So, below are A TON of pictures from our trip!

We went to my cousin Jody's house while we were in Wisconsin.
He and his fiance, Sheryl, made burgers for us and we also made smores.
This was Ellie's first time doing smores!

Sheryl has a goldendoodle that had 12 puppies.
They were 3 weeks old when we were there and Ellie loved them!
She talks about them ALL the time!
We were in the hotel one afternoon and Ellie found the
Bible and started reading it to Chloe.
In Minnesota, we went to the county fair with my friend Becky and
her sister and her kids.

Overall it was a great trip. The babies and Ellie traveled so good. We did the trip home in one day, and it was about 14 hours. I was surprised at how well they all did.

Wow, you guys were brave to drive that with 3 kids! But it sounds like they did great and it looks like you guys had a fun time. The twins are getting so big; and as always, I LOVE Ellie's hair!
