Weekend

Troy had to go out of town for work this weekend, just Friday and Saturday, and my parents came over to help me out with the kids.  I can do most of it on my own, especially during the day, but it's SUPER helpful to have extra hands to help!  At night, it gets a little hectic trying to feed everyone, give baths and get ready for bed.  It's a lot...especially now that we're doing rice cereal.  We loved having them come over.  Ellie was super excited that Grandma and Grandpa were going to be staying with us and my parents couldn't believe how much the babies seemed to have grown in just a week.  My brother came over with Emily and Jaxen on Saturday for a few hours.  We always love when they come over.  Ellie has a blast, and they all just love seeing each other.

We couldn't believe they could sleep like this, but they did.

Unfortunately, Ellie did not fall asleep.

Chloe is able to sit in the exersaucer now.

I put her in it on Saturday and she really likes it.

She's able to turn herself and concentrates on grabbing the toys.

I haven't done Luke yet, because he is still not able to support 

himself very well.

Luke loves to lay on the mat and play with the toys.

He gets his feet kicking and kicks all they way off the mat.

He loves it!  He's also getting closer to rolling over too.

I was making bottles and looked into the living room and 

found my parents holding the babies like this to calm them down.

It was so cute!  They are making them racing fans already!

Grandpa has Chloe and Grandma has Luke

We ran errands on Sunday and then spent the afternoon hanging around the house.

Ellie put these bunny ears on Chloe.  It was pretty funny.  Chloe didn't mind at all.

The babies love to look at each other.

Here they look like they are really checking each other out.

Sometimes they start "talking" to each other and smiling so big.

I love when they do that.
